With our business units Combiboard (agricultural sector) and Excellent Panel (carwash sector), we deliver quality, sustainable products worldwide. Whether it’s innovative pen partitions or panels for the carwash industry, our customers count on us. To further expand our international network, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who not only serves existing customers but also actively develops New Business.
What will you do as a Business Development Manager?
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to serve our international clients and explore new markets. You will be the face of Profextru abroad, ensuring the success of our products internationally.
This role means maintaining relationships with existing clients while also reaching out to new customers and markets. New Business will be a key part of your role, actively seeking new opportunities and converting them into tangible results. You’ll travel internationally, representing our products at trade shows, customer locations, and events.
Collaboration within our international team is also essential. You’ll work closely with colleagues, leveraging each other’s expertise and market insights to achieve shared goals.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with our current international clients.
- Actively identify and approach new opportunities and markets, both in Europe and globally.
- Develop New Business and contribute to growth in new regions.
- Advise clients on our solutions and products to help them fully benefit from our expertise.
- Represent Combiboard and Excellent Panel at international trade shows, events, and during client visits.
- Collaborate with our international sales and marketing team to provide innovative and customer-oriented solutions.
Who are you?
- You have several years of experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager, preferably in an international B2B environment.
- You speak English; German, Dutch or other languages are a plus!
- You have a commercial mindset and excel at building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Experience or affinity with the agricultural and/or carwash sectors is an advantage.
- You’re willing and enthusiastic about traveling internationally to explore new markets.
- You’re a team player who works well in an international team and understands different cultures.
- You’re independent, driven, and always on the lookout for the best deal for both Profextru and the client.
